Construction is competitive. Apparently, so are we.

Legacy Builders is bringing the construction industry together for our first-ever Annual Dodgeball Tournament, and we’re looking for companies ready to put their reputations, athletic abilities, and questionable dodgeball skills on the line.

It’s an industry event with a little friendly competition, a little trash talk, and one very important goal: helping us inspire the next generation of construction professionals.

Legacy Builders introduces Grade 8 students across Ontario to the huge range of careers available in construction, from skilled trades and engineering to project management, accounting, safety, design and leadership. Through hands-on classroom programming and direct connections with industry professionals, we’re working to show students that construction isn’t a backup plan. It’s a first-choice career with purpose, stability and room to grow.

And on April 15th?

We’re trading our hard hats for Sweatbands.

PLAYER REGISTRATION

This isn’t your typical company team tournament.

You can register individually or with one teammate from your company. That’s it. No stacking the roster with your office’s suspiciously athletic sales department.

Why? Because one of the biggest goals of this tournament is real, genuine industry networking.

Once registration closes, Legacy Builders will combine individuals and pairs with players from other construction industry businesses to create your full dodgeball team.

That means you might show up with your favourite coworker and leave with new connections from contractors, suppliers, consultants, engineers, manufacturers and other businesses across the industry.

    Feeling brave? Sign up on your own and we’ll find you a team.

  • REGISTER AS A PAIR
    Bring one coworker, industry friend or emotional-support dodgeball partner. We’ll keep you together.

  • MEET YOUR TEAM
    We’ll build teams by mixing players and pairs from different companies, giving you an actual chance to meet people outside your usual industry circle.

  • THEN WE PLAY.
    Networking, but considerably more aggressive.

Full team assignments, tournament format, schedule and player details will be shared with registered players before the event.
