Volunteer Spotlight: Emily Ditner

Project Coordinator, EXP (Building Sciences Division)

What she Loves About Construction:

"I love that construction constantly gives me a new puzzle to solve, whether it’s sequencing trades, solving technical design conflicts, or finding cost alternatives. There’s always something to be untangled, and I’m constantly learning something new. You also get to see your work come to life—watching a project grow from drawings to excavation to a finished building is very rewarding, and physical proof of the effort I’ve contributed."
