General Contractor Team 1

Melloul-Blamey Construction

The general contractor's role in tendering a project is to lead the team. They collect all the sub-trade prices and add them to get the total cost for the project.

While the sub-trades do their take-offs, the general must calculate a schedule and their cost to manage the project.

The goal of winning a project is to have the lowest total price compared to your competitors while also meeting the owner's expectations.
